Plumbing - The W1nners' Club

We are constantly trying to improve the level of service we provide, and ask that you take a minute to tell us how we are doing and what we can do to improve.

How happy are you with the job we have just completed?  (1 = delighted – 5 = very unhappy)
1 2 3 4 5
How happy are you with our overall performance since we started working with you?
1 2 3 4 5

I have given the scores above because:
I’m not sure where to begin on this one. When we said the plumber needed to be mindful of the time, it was a reference to the fact that we hadn’t had any hot water all morning and needed to get the plumbing work finished promptly – not a literal reference to the clock that sits on our office wall. The bendy pipe quite simply looks ridiculous and we’ve already had clients laughing at us because they think we’re so anal that we requested the pipe be bent to allow the clock to remain in position. This is a most unsatisfactory job.
You could make me even happier by:
Simply moving the clock a few centimetres to the right.
Any other comments?
I’ve heard of people attempting to bend time before, but bending a plumbing pipe around the cheap wall clock our Managing Director won in a raffle at a sportsman’s dinner 4 years ago is totally unacceptable. We will be expecting a discount.
