|…….because – where do you want me to start? We are a household name retailer whose customers trust us to sell products of the highest quality. Our reputation has been established over many years but it would appear that by stocking your ‘floating’ mobile phone, our usual high standards have been compromised. Your phones float in the same way that pigs fly – they don’t! (See picture attached).|

Returning the money we paid you for 5000 units and reading the trade descriptions act – in particular the part devoted to misleading consumers as to what they are spending their money on.
