Office romance - The W1nners' Club

Your boss clearly doesn’t like you. You constantly get given pointless reports to do and you didn’t even get to take any annual leave in between Christmas and New Year.

It’s time to get your revenge!

You’re pretty sure the boss is knocking off his/her secretary after hours in the office, but this can’t be confirmed unless you know what time they go home on an evening. It’s only when you have solid proof that you’ll be able to use a bit of blackmail to leverage a pay rise for yourself.

Use the following technique to obtain the information you require:

1.    Obtain a cheap wristwatch

You’ll need a windup watch for this to work. Your best bet is to go down to the local weekend market and obtain a cheap watch or alternatively, if you are going on holiday any time soon, a fake Hublot or Tag Heuer can be acquired from the gentlemen that usually sell them on the beach.

2.    Remove the wristband

…….if it’s a really cheap fake, this will probably happen before you’ve even taken it out of the box (assuming it comes with a box of course).

3.    Wrap up the watch face in masking tape

You’ll need to protect the watch’s face by placing a small strip of folded paper or cardboard on it before wrapping the tape around.

4.    Find the boss’s car in the car park

This shouldn’t be too hard to do as senior managers often have their own allocated parking space. Place the wrapped up watch head underneath one of your boss’s rear tyres as you leave the office on an evening.

5.    Recover the watch when you come in the next day

What looks like a regular bit of waste masking tape to the untrained eye, will contain all the information you require. The position of the hands on the watch’s face will tell you the exact time it was when your boss ran over it and as a result, the exact time they left the office the previous evening.

Now all you need to do is obtain a compromising photograph like the picture above and a pay rise will be as good as guaranteed!
